PMI has the ability to place pavement marking materials below the road surface.
Grinding the surface of the roadway to the desired depth and then installing the markings in the recessed groove accomplish this. Any of PMI's pavement markings can be inlaid. The material durability combined with a low-profile application provides a pavement marking more likely to withstand the damage caused by snowplows.
